It provides users with sport programs specific to various roles, including parachute reconnaissance, mountain specialists, rescue medics, and tank engineers. The ready app is designed to support candidates in their preparation for recruitment and basic training. Users will focus on improving strength, endurance, and mental resilience, while systematically increasing their fitness levels. Additionally, the app provides valuable insights into sports, nutrition, and mental strength.
